How long will it take to get my orders?

Pre-orders will be shipped 4 - 6 weeks after order.

Shipping time will take anywhere between 14-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What are your return policies?

All returns will be accepted if it is returned in the same condition it was delivered in within 30days of delivery.

Once the return product has been received and inspected. A full return or free exchange will be sent out ASAP.

Return labels are not provided at this stage. Please Email: fytrclo@gmail.com to process your return/exchanges.

What are the care instructions?

  • Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry: low heat
  • Iron, steam or dry: low heat
  • Do not dryclean
